Agnes was was very friendly and helpful while assisting me on my case .

Horribly disappointed. I received no replies to my emails, calls or case app texts. I am still being ignored when SSA had several time critical forms they needed sent in. They also lied and said they sent documents that SSA never received. Will be reporting to the bar association.

I had a very pleasant experience with Agnes Lopez even though i was feeling a little hopeless with the news I received of my denial for Disability, She was very easy to talk to and informative and not trying to rush you off the phone she answered questions i didnt even know i had.
