I received a bill of $340 from Marcam Healthcare even though I have never dealt with them and don’t even know who they are. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Be cautious.
Persistent firm that won't see a dime from me but I respect the hustle. Keep sending the landfill bound envelopes boys! Billing "professionals" & profit driven insurance companies that cannot do their jobs right are job security for y'all.
Paid the $ 25.00, three (3) times already and still sending the bill. Bad costumer service over the phone and obsolete touch screen software.
They seam to thrive on bogus claims. Do not pay to them. Go to original source of bills. I just confirmed with hosp. I have 0 balance and nothing in collection. Never had anything sent to collection's. Marcum lies.
Send me anything in the mail or call me again and I will be taking legal action. You obtained medical billing without my legal consent breaking Hipaa laws. On top of that it is no longer legal for medical bills to go against credit in the state of MA. Dirty scum company.
Holly was very helpful and kind over the phone. Got me a file number so I could look online and helped me set up a payment plan. I confirmed the debt was legitimate via transunion. They really are decent to work with if you have a confirmed debt.
Harassment via phone calls, mystery "debts" ive had to dispute and won because their invalidity, additional eledged debts from when i was 15 and 16 years old this company is a mindless money grabbing robot
Have you ever seen a 5 star review for a debt collector for a Hospital? I sincerely doubt that you have. Even if you are in the early stages of a lawsuit for malpractice against the institution, in this case SNH in Nashua, they will continue to hound you til the day you die.
If I could click less than a 1 star I would. Harassment over load. They call ALL the time. They are hateful and go beyond what is necessary.
I have been getting robocall messages from scumbags claiming to be these guys for years. They fill up my voice-mails to they brim and I have to constantly delete them so I can actually get voice-mails from real important things and it has made me ignore any and all calls that are not directly from my state. They are always the same messages that repeat the same phrases on loop for 30-40 seconds. Always starting with "Hello, my name is ____ and I'm calling from marcam associates" from a recording of the same man or woman. Typically the man is "Richard" and the woman is "Holly" but I have heard the same voices using different names all the time. Even if the business itself isn't a total scam and absolute scum (I'm highly doubtful) they are at the bare minimum ridiculously negligent allowing these spam calls to happen. If they are a real company who are trying their hardest and the victim of scammers using their names to scam people. Than oh well sucks for them. It doesn't matter, you still CANNOT trust them or anyone claiming to be them. Not with the behavior of the robocalls and all the other reviews screaming scam.
I don't know why these other reviews say they're not real since my debt was reported and affected my credit score which still was at 740. They're real, talk to them, make a payment plan, increase your score. They also take payments from your HSA so again definitely real.
Scam. I apparently owe 309 bucks on a goodwin community health account. I was never sent to collections according to goodwin. I'm up to date with them. I also have insurance. I called marcam to inquire and I don't have an account with them. Funny. I had an account number on this piece of paper I got in the mail. I 100% believe this company is preying on people's ignorance. I'm passing this company's information off to my lawyer. I suggest anyone getting letter or calls from marcam do the same. Thanks for the toilet paper, marcam.
Scam! I have NO balance on my actual portal. And there is no EOB on this bill… the amount doesn’t even reflect what my normal balance is at my PCP office . Scam scam scam!
No letter on the reason to pay. Just a letter saying you need to pay an amount.
I had a baby 2 months ago and my husband works nights. These POS keep calling me repeatedly from different numbers so I keep blocking them.
