If I could give them a zero i would. It's been 5 years since my accident. No effort, no calls, no updates, no effort at all in fighting for my case. Infact it felt as though I was talked into accepting a minimal amount because "the defendant's attorney was known to be very aggressive and my chances of winning were very low at trial" and even during mediation . I settled for what felt like pennies, my injuries were made to seem pathetic as well. It's been over 4 months since a settlement was agreed upon and still no end to this endless, dragging case. Upon calling them, I was told the government shut down and holidays slowed things down. Now they are taking their time with an appeal with Medicare. Which we have been aware of for over 4 weeks, and yet... here we are.. what a nightmare. Paralegal didn't seem capable of a simple verbal exchange pertaining to the case. when I asked her a question I was told "she can only tell me what the lawyer told her to say". I've never in my entire life experienced such inexperienced attorneys and paralegals. I leave it at that, just pure incompetence..
