The service of the lawyers and their assistants is incredible, they are kind and respectful. They couldn't help me with my case, but they were still kind, but the Spanish-speaking receptionist is rude, unfriendly, and has terrible customer service. I find it incredible that you receive better attention from the lawyers than from the person who answers the phone.
