I say this because I had a big injury at work June 2023 I had reached out to all the bill board attorney's and no one wanted to take my case. I am sad! I called to make an appointment for a REPLACEMENT of legal representation of my Workman Comp because I am very unhappy with my current representation. I have Osteomyelitis /Discitis. Physicians worry about me in so many ways, especially WC physicians, having reviewed my case, tell me. I should be rock solid in care. Yet, my current lawyer has not physically spoken to me since May. I do not care about who comes and goes in his offices, my medical treatments are serious, and my rehabilitation should be taken with the same care. The consult from start to finish, 14 min 50 sec of my speaking ability, the muscle. Spasms I have are triggered by speech, like an inmate I only get 1 Call a day, it is wasted on "I am sorry, but Mr. Mariano only takes NEW cases. He does not want to step on the toes of another Lawyer. He has his OATH." I am shocked. I have NEVER heard of a lawyer not wanting to be guaranteed 💰WINNINGS 💰and as far as his oath, I know my origin is Cali, but in my experience, no Law Contract stipulates that you couldn't take in a client that's unhappy with their current lawyer and has no plans to stay with them. I too am from California. To the Law firm. I called asked and answered. You set the tone for your business. Your answer consisted of a boundary. I posted your boundary. You may not like me posting your boundary, it is your business. You can do as your please, but being condescending and vindictive is all you. I suggest you learn adapt to criticisms and how to respond in the respectful manner or at least in a way you are not devaluing your character and firm reputation.
