Mr. Mario Serralta, in response to your comment: From Laura Reyes You never spoke directly with any of the three of us during the almost two years this process lasted. You never showed your face. On the day of the deposition, you walked right past us without greeting us and without knowing who we were. The lawyer who was present was another member of your firm, not you. From the first day of the case, we explained exactly what had happened and were informed that we had indeed been issued the ticket. You said you would review the case and later called us to confirm that you would take it. You even came to my house to sign the documents. The entire process was handled by assistants from your office; they were the only people with whom we had direct communication. Every three months we called to ask for updates, and we were always told that we had to wait. Almost two years passed like this, and only when the case was about to expire did you begin to take action, when the legal deadline had practically run out. If you claim I told the police something different, that should have been reviewed at the beginning of the case, not after almost two years when it was too late to correct anything. You didn't charge fees because, as is well known, these types of cases are only paid if you win. It's also important to clarify that the insurance company's lawyer would never offer compensation without a judge involved. You promised the three of us that you would speak with the insurance company's lawyer and help us, but then you refused, claiming you had another, more important case, and told us to find another lawyer, without providing any information or support. That's unethical, since I had no direct contact with the insurance company's lawyer or legal guidance to proceed on my own. The delayed and improper handling of the case was so serious that when I went to another lawyer, he refused to take it. Among other things, the three cases shouldn't have been consolidated, and everything was done late, leaving the situation unresolved. You filed the case in court in August 2025, even though the two-year statute of limitations expired in September 2025, as the incident occurred in September 2023. Due to your mismanagement and the fact that the case was filed practically out of time, no other attorney was able to take it, even though it had a real chance of being won. Your actions left the case with no room for maneuver and no legal solution.

My experience with this lawyer was very negative. I was with him for almost two years, and during that entire time, I never had an in-person meeting, nor did I see any real progress in my case. Communication was poor, and the process was not handled properly. Throughout that time, he kept me under the impression that I was going to win the case, giving me unfounded hope, which prevented me from seeking another lawyer or exploring other options in time. What little work was done was done poorly, and this mismanagement left my case without any real options when the legal deadline was approaching. Because of this, no other lawyer wanted to take my case. Finally, after almost two years, it was the only time I spoke directly with him, and in that conversation, he told me to find another lawyer, even though he had been my lawyer from the beginning. By then, I no longer had the legal time to do so, and I was left completely disadvantaged.

It was the worst place to go. They offer me an amount of money then they change it to another one that it was less had the worst experience they don’t promise you or help you. They’re not with you the assistant called and gave me an amount and then they called me back today and they changed the amount for lessand then they were full of excuses. It was a horrible experience. I don’t recommend it.

The worst experience with Mario. When he took my case, I explained that the business where I worked and had the accident didn't have insurance, and he still wanted to take it and gave me hope. Then, after a year and four months, he told me he was going to file a lawsuit against the owner of the premises because the business owner didn't have insurance or property. A week later, he called me to close the case without giving me a proper explanation, saying that someone else would call me to explain. I don't understand; if he's the lawyer, how can he not explain it? He told me that since there was no insurance, he couldn't do anything, something he knew when he took my case. A year wasted! 😡

The worst law firm in Miami. A year and four months after an accident, and they never gave me an answer. The woman handling my case never faced me or responded. In the end, my child and I were injured. I spent my money without a final answer. In my opinion, the entire team is incompetent.
