Wow what a horrible receptionist. She answers the phone asks me about my case and tell me that they do specialize in that area and that I should tell her more of the case. I continue to tell her about my case than she goes we'll we do specialize in that field but are not currently taking any new clients. So she asked me so much just to tell me that they're not taking any new clients???

My family and I suffered a car accident in 2022 due to another driver carelessly running a red light. The fault was clearly the other drivers and there was no question the amount of damage we sustained. The car was hit on the passenger side just in front of my youngest daughter and it was totaled. Fortunately both of my daughters only had minor injuries. The impact was a great enough a side impact to throw me out of my shoulder strap safety belt and into the rear view mirror.
