This law firm doesn’t care about defending you. They just want your money. They will throw you to the wolves. They play too close to the prosecution to get you a just trial. DONT HIRE THEM!!!!!

Do not hire these sharks! If you are in a criminal investigation these people will leverage that against you and capitalize on your hardship. Whether that be through outing you to bail bondsman or a psychiatrist evaluation or simply by not be willing to fight for you! I am sure there are more however these are just three ways they screwed me over. They will bill you for hours for someone who doesn’t even speak in meetings! They bullied me and attempted to instill fear when I was very adamant that I wanted to go to trial. I decided to retain a new lawyer who was able to secure a favorable outcome that this law firm could never achieve. To put it all into perspective these people came to meetings in sweatpants and t shirts every single time. Not a lick of professionalism. I cannot urge anyone enough to look elsewhere. I will happily provide anyone with bills that show I did in fact retain this law firm before deciding retain a different firm. They are a joke and to them you are a number. This is your life, you need to hire the best to protect yourself, these folks are not remotely near that.

I hired Mark Collins to defend my son who was charged with a felony drug case in Columbus . When I hired his firm he stated that my son would not be sentenced to Mandatory Prison Sentence. Throughout his court proceedings I along with several witnesses were told the same by his staff. On January 23, Collins said " if my son didnt accept the state plea deal he was withdrawing from my son case and the deal would be off the table. Collins stated my son would then face from 6 to 11 years in prison and the judge wasn't going to continue his case. My son feels he was pressured into his plea agreement. When I expressed my concerned because I along with other family members were told false statements from the beginning to the end of my son case.
