Mark is an excellent attorney, and has won 2 big cases for me. I highly recommend.

So far, so good. Just hired Mark in principle based on the reviews. I'm a prolific reviewer myself and rely upon the voices heard here. I received a citation for 13mph over posted in a commercial rig. I have yet to sign and pay my retainer agreement but I'm looking forward to his representation. There are less expensive options out there but I'm a firm believer that cheaper is not always better. Sometimes cheaper is just a way for some advocates to justify a negative outcome in traffic matters. If the retainer agreement is loaded with weasel clauses then you might want to shop around. Duh! As with any traffic ticket anywhere, guilt or innocence is in the hands of those that are in power and are therefore willing to grant mercy. My expectation is realistic. Mark will be my advocate and as such is afforded my trust and respect regardless of the outcome. I can argue the merits of my case in traffic court but the risk is mostly greater than the reward. It's a tax y'all. Nothing more than that unless you crossed the line and FAFO'd. Lastly, I like that Mark vigorously advocates for himself in this forum. His detail and passion are quite remarkable. Do I think he will do the same for me in court? Hell, yes! My hope is for the best deal possible and that's it. No deal, no harm. May the odds be ever in my favor. Updates will follow. Update: 2/16/26 Mark has negotiated an amenable settlement with the district attorney. It is less than hoped for but better than expected. Although Mark's fees are on the higher end, his service is worth every penny. Unfortunately, a positive review does not equal a rebate but in all fairness, I'm obligated to provide my readers with an honest assessment sans any personal animus I feel toward the Oregon State Commercial Code Enforcement regs. You Oregonians really dislike commercial drivers, don't you? Levying higher fines on some of the most highly trained, highly skilled, safest operators in Oregon seems a bit out of touch with reality. Nevertheless, it is what it is. Mark is your guy if you want results. I tried to enter an agreement with the other guy before Mark. But his Service Agreement was three pages long, contained at least two dozen weasel clauses making everything your fault if he doesn't win your case, and he refused to answer any of my texts and emails requesting clarification. Intentionally vague and convoluted? Most certainly, yes. He did, however, wait until the very last day before my trial date to insist on payment. Felt like extortion to me even at half the price. Fortunately, I saw the red flags early-on and hired Mark way before I needed him. Mark is my first call from now on. Hopefully, I will not need his services again. Mark and his team did an amazing work for me. I got a traffic ticket while in area for work and was blessed to have found him and for Mark to take on the case. He was excellent in communicating in the process and made me feel at ease the entire time. Outcome was as good as I hoped for the best one to be and case closed. I would more then recommend him for services.

I would not recommend Mike. I received a traffic violation and paid the retainer. My case went to trial and I was proven guilty. There was no options for me to attend traffic safety school or to work with the officer to get the violation reduced. Now I’ve paid an $800 retainer and still have to pay the fine for the citation. I no longer have a clean driving record which causes my insurance rates to increase. This defeats the purpose of having paid for his services.

Helped me big time lifesaver! I had One Speeding ticket and one reckless driving he was able to drop the reckless driving and instead of $800 ticket. I paid only $140 hopefully I won’t have to use his services again but he helped me big time.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but in this case it’s unacceptable I hired mark for a reckless driving ticket witch was a hefty price I payed for his service he couldn’t get a deal with the prosecutor and the day of the court he said he had leg surgery and he can’t come in. he said I need to get a court appointment lawyer and drop him as my attorney just 15 minutes before I had to go see the judge.

This is a very good lawyer, works promptly and quickly, makes everything clear, satisfied with the work, helps like no one else better

I been dealing with Mark since I was 18 and he has got me out of a lot of tickets . He is a straight shooter and tell you how it is . He never gets your hopes up and I love that about him .
