Mr. Lavigne was very genuine and honest in his assessment of my case. He was able to look at the whole parameter and analyzed what my possibilities were, from the outrageous testimony from the other side from their depositions, as they were rehearsed, to what my defense should include. He also found many discrepancies from their side. I feel satisfied that I was able to see through their lies and what their ultimate goal was which was to better themselves. Now they have to live with their guilt.

Had a very frustrating experience with this firm today. My lawyer Edward made a commitment to me this week and then didn't do what he said he would. When I followed up with him he ghosted me. If he couldn't help or needed more time, all he had to do was tell me. When I escalated to get help, Jamison was rude and unhelpful and showed no empathy for my needs as a client. Do not recommend.

Was put in contact with one of their lawyers Edward. I was told by Edward, after a consultation and sending over some information, that he needed to do some checks, but would like to set up a time and day to go over a retainer agreement. I told him when I’d be available. I was then promptly thrown out of the loop and essentially ghosted for just over a month, told they’d get back to me ASAP multiple times, just to get a call telling me they can’t help me and I should keep looking for someone else to help. Total lack of communication and transparency on their end. I was also told if they can’t take my case, they could provide me with some information/resources to take this to the DOL, but never received that help, just that call (not even from Edward himself) telling me they won’t be helping and it would be good to find another lawyer. A huge waste of time that I could’ve spent talking with other lawyers or the DOL. Of course the firm wants to ensure they can make money off the case, I can absolutely understand that, but to go about it this way is incredibly irresponsible.

I would not recommend this firm because they will string you along initially and state they will take your case. Unfortunately they took too long to get back to me and it almost cost me wasted time to address my case. Luckily I was able to get in touch with another firm and was able to resolve my complaint and was upfront with the expectations.

This law firm is beyond the best! They are working diligently on my case and the staff is professional and courteous! I would give more stars but it only allows 5!
