Worthless lawyer , used him (Lee) about 20 years ago when I lost my right eye at work .When he had issues with himself my case was given to another person in his office at that time (Wendt). They tried to get me to settle for a really small amoun I lost more than that in wages besides my eye.Had to get a different lawyer, but they had my case so screwed up I got just a little more. I hope no one ever has the stress of this, use someone else not the names listed.

I would not recommend. I was injured at work and lost a year and 4 months of pay. We drained our savings, spent on credit cards, sent to collections for outstanding medical bills, and the lack of communication by Kevin was the icing on the cake. He was not very good at explaining things and seemed very unorganized. I would call and leave messages and not get a call back. I sent emails and no response. I even called the insurance to get information for him. I don't think if was fair but what can you do. He obviously doesn't care as long as he gets his 20% .

This has to be the worst law firm. I wouldn’t recommend not even advice from this place. attorney Kevin Is so UNDERworked and incompetent. After not returning your calls or messages, when Kevin is finally reached he will always say “I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CALL YOU” You will be lost and confused thru out the whole process. Not here to bash or sound hateful, it’s just sad to see someone else injured and have to go thru this long, drawn out, incompetent law firm.

Look elsewhere if your case is serious... Became permanently disabled at work 5 years ago area, around the ripe age of 35. I have been compensated $0.00. Big thanks, Kevin! OPCMIA #18

After first meeting Mark, Kevin and staff all seemed very nice and seem to me that they will be getting me the desired results. Also, two friendly doggos greeted me as I approached the counter inside.

Great lawyer to work with

Had him as an attorney for a week maybe. He messaged me every day for the first few days to ask how I was was also very pushy to get me to sign with him but when I actually needed to get some info couldn't get a hold of him then when u finally did he got aggressive towards me as well as my union Chief Stewart. We Had a sit down with him to further discuss my future case with him he proseeded to tell me he does not need me as a client an there are plenty more when I came from He was terminated as my attorneyas well as no longer used by the union I belong to I would not recommend

PUBLIC WARNING: This is one of thee worse lawyers you can hire. I got screwed by him. My first red flag was the lawyer himsef during the consultation was telling a story how others have been unsatisfied they take so long and have no contact. Now after calling over and over again for months trying to get answers why my case was taking so long, they lied every time saying they were waiting for the bills. The billing companies however all testified they had sent them numerous times after I requested them. After confronting them about this they immediately became extremely agressive. And then after a complaint it's taking to long they lied and said it hadn't been that long, and that signed in August 2. However I was out of state from August 1-7 clearly catching them in a lie again. I fuly believe that they forged my signature to try and make their clear lies more believable. After having three people with me testifying I was out of state and that the bills had been sent out despite there lies, he became EXTREMELY dehumanizing. After months have gone by I was forced to fire him. My time wasted, money lost, and he just thinks it's all a big joke without a care about how he has victimized me and others, or what he has done to me and others financially.
