My husband paid him as a lawyer to do what a free public defender can do. Don’t waste your money! Could have saved us the money now we are stressing last minute on how I will provide for our family since this lawyer couldn’t do his best to get the least minimum and just went with the plea deals.

I cannot express how deeply disappointed and angry I am with Mark Resnick's representation in my DUI case. I paid him $10,000 expecting professional and dedicated legal support, and instead, I got the complete opposite. He was impossible to get in touch with—calls and emails went unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. When I did manage to reach him, it was clear he hadn’t taken the time to familiarize himself with my case. I specifically told him I was not guilty and didn’t want to accept the first plea deal, but he completely disregarded my wishes and kept pressuring me to take it. It felt like he was more interested in rushing to close my case than actually defending me. To make matters worse, he was late more then half the time- It was embarrassing to sit there watching every other attorney arrive on time (which was 9am-11am) and be prepared, while my lawyer strolled in last (after 11am) with no sense of urgency leaving me be the last guy left in the courtroom with the judge wondering where the heck my attorney was. This happened 4 out of the 9 times I had court with him. His lack of professionalism and effort was appalling. I feel like I wasted $10,000 on someone who couldn’t care less about my case or my future. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Mark Resnick

Don't waste your money on this guy he will take your money and run. The worst attorney I've ever dealt with, didn't do one thing I asked him to do, and was just trying to plead me out with anything they offered. I would of been better with a public defender and saved a lot of money. Very disappointed.

Mark is a great lawyer. If you want someone who will remember your case and actually give you his time, hire him. Mark was assigned to my case by the court pro bono, but he still worked hard for me and treated me like I was not just a paying client, but his only client. Thanks for everything Mark!

I hired Mark to defend my minor daughter against a revenge restraining order but there was much more that needed to be played out in the court. Marks knowledge of the law allowed him to dominate the hearing, and I doubt the other people will ever try to mess with my daughter again. Oh and this guy answers his own phone!

I don't recommend this guy at all.I did a written legal translation for his office ,and he never pay me.Every time I call asking for the $500 ,he says the court will send you the check and now it's been 9 months .I don't know how his clients trust this guy.

Please look for another lawyer biggest mistake was paying Resnick to be my dad's lawyer. I decided to go with him because he come highly recommend by my mom. He had helped my mom a while back and was very pleased. I took 9000 out my savings to help my dad pay Resnick, money I was saving to start my business after I graduated from school. My dad has a learning disability so I was his voice, I just feel Resnick took advantage of the situation. My dad would ask him for paperwork from is case he would never receive it we would ask for months, me and my dad would have to go down to different courts offices a pay to receive the paperwork we asked Risnick to get. We would only see him 5 Minutes before my dad had to go in to court and speed through what was going on. We would never hear from him in between court dates we would always have to call him to see what was going on. After being unhappy with him my dad no longer wanted him as his lawyer, he told me and my dad he would give me my mom back he just had to go over his books to Calculate the hours that he worked on my dad's case, Just give him 30 days to do so. I gave him 30 days and reached back out couldn't get ahold of him I would leave messages with his receptionist never heard back for weeks And almost 2 months later still haven't heard from him. He took no my cousin case and took his money knowing it was a conflict of interest because he already represented my dad's and it was wrap up together.
