Mark was brilliant. Seems to know everyone at the Stamford Housing Court (judges, clerks, lawyers, mediators etc). He prevented my potential eviction and actually negotiated a lower rent moving forward. Given my future savings his very reasonable fee will easily pay for itself I cannot recommend him too highly

I’m currently working with attorney Sank and he is quite knowledgeable and he give a fierce defense. It’s been a battle but I do have confidence in attorney Sank. He is a great attorney and will recommend him to anyone that’s in a bind with a cooked landlord. Additionally, I just got victory over BLT. Attorney Sank tore them down they didn’t stand a chance with the lies. I’m glad the truth manifested itself and the judge was able to see through the lies and weigh the evidence that attorney Sank put together very thoroughly. If you need a housing attorney, he comes highly recommended because he knows how to deal with the complexity of cases to at lying landlords can bring forth. And this was not about not paying my rent.
