Left out information that would have kept my friend out of prison, this lawyer is in cahoots with the DA

Never answers the phone, doesn’t help his clients.

Mark was assigned as my husband's public defender. I have a feeling he was assigned because he wasn't going to do anything to help him and he was in cahoots with the DAs. My husband had information from his appellate attorney that Mark ignored. Mark did absolutely nothing for my husband and therefore got fired! I wouldn't pay him a penny! Find someone else to take care of your legal needs. He won't help you. He's a very lazy person. He didn't get any information on his case, didn't visit him in county and didn't talk to any witnesses. He basically told my husband he wouldn't help, to take what they give him and go back to prison. Mark was assigned to help him with his evidentiary hearing and didn't lift a finger to help. Such a shame. Look elsewhere for a good attorney. I will be contacting the Bar association.

All I can say is that Mark Sevart is the best attorney and i would strongly recommend!
