Mark W. Doty Attorney At Law

My father has used him multiple times and each time Mark makes the situation worse. He always asks for more money and without sending a bill. Recently he failed to turn in paperwork on my dad’s behalf and said it was because my dad owed him $300. My father never received a bill for this and Doty NEVER called to ask my dad for the money or inform him he was not going to send in my father’s paperwork. He should be disbarred. Do NOT use him.

Took my money left me on read a for a half a year with no response took my almost a full year to get my money back than turned around and called me a thief for trying to get my dads money back like I was stealing it lol very unprofessional behavior. Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone he just wants ur money

Hired him for my dad, we paid fees and he has not responded to us for months!! We hired him July of 2023 and there has been an extreme lack of communication. We haven’t heard a single update regarding his case. Doesn’t respond to texts, calls, emails, and everytime we show up at his office he never opens the door. Save your money and look elsewhere

Very unprofessional. We paid half down for a friends case. Have not heard nothing from him in over 4months. He sees our text messages but never responds. When we call he always says call back when we do he doesnt answer he blocks our number or he says "I have an emergency call ill call you back" which he never does. I do not recommend him as a lawyer.

We paid half down to represent a friend and try to get her modified. He has not responded to our calls or messages in 4 months. He sees my messages but doesn’t reply. We finally got a hold of him and he says “I’ll call you back I have an emergency call”. Of course he never called back.

I spoke to Mark Dodi and Mark that he was hired and did not do his job and I went to prison for eight years total for child support that was a fun opening the man is not as good as everybody says to me you’re just wasting money

He's the best lawyer by far I recommend him to anyone he's fair with his fees and true to his word he gets you the best plea ever. I was facing 2 felonies and a misdomenor and I got 1 felony dropped and only got charged with a misdomenor and got reporting probation anyone is facing any criminal charges he's the best to get. We've used him for years in my family!!!!!!!!!
