I hired Patrick for a traffic ticket I received from Houston Police. I am a CDL driver and didn’t want it to go on my driving record. BOY OH BOY WHAT A DAY I paid Scott Markowitz 145.00$ for a real ADVENTURE OF A KANGEROO COURT PEARLAND MUNICIPAL COURT !!!! Scott reset my court date for a another date WHICH IMPLIED PRE TRIAL. I guess courts don't have same agenda everywhere! PEARLAND DOES THE OPPOSITE OF HOUSTON SO U END UP ENTERING YOUR PLEA THEN GET YOUR PICK OF DENFENSIVE DRIVING OR DEFERRED ADJ BUT THE OTHER IS SET IT FOR TRIAL DATE. THIS IS WHERE THE FUN BEGINS IN NIGHTMARE TERRIOTORY LOL LOL!! I was hoping Scott Markwowitz was going to be there instead I get a GEE GOLLY TYPE ATTY TIMES HAVE CHANGED SINCE MY DAY IN TRAFFIC COURT WITH DAVID SPRECHER . NOW I could say the representation was terrible!!!!!!! it was He greeted me with I am your atty cause i GOT THERE DID NOT SEE ANYONE OTHER THAN HIM SO I ASK ? WHAT TO DO THATS' HOW WE MET ! LORD BEHOLD HE HAD 20 PLUS PEOPLE TO REPRESENT AT THIS COURT AMAZING !!!! WE WERE TOLD TO SIT HERE AND THERE ON ONE SIDE IN COURT ROOM THE OTHER SIDE WAS FOR OTHER ATTY CLIENTS WHICH JUST A HAND FULL TO COMPARE TO THIS ATTY WHICH I DID NOT GET HIS NAME!! OTHER I AM YOUR ATTY !!!! Well after that he said well we get you out of here quick ,ok i said to myself ? He and prosecuting atty which is another amazing person HA HA SAT NEXT TO EACH OTHER DURING THE WHOLE TIME IN COURT!!. He finally calls me at little after 3:00 pm to tell me they have video on me making a right turn on a intersection and I said that's not me and he then tells me to watch video with prosecuting atty which i did not know ! show me making turn and i responded to him that's not me then he ask what kind of car i drove DO WHAT HE DID NOT KNOW DIDLY ABOUT THE TICKET OR INFO ON MY CAR NOW BEING NICE I SAID I DRIVE A CERTAIN CAR SO WHAT'S THIS GUY DO HE STROLLING ALL THE VIDEOS LOOKING FOR MY CAR THAT'S ABSURD AND WHERE IS MY ATTY OFF CHIT CHATTING WITH ANOTHER CLIENT!! BOTTOM LINE THIS IS A VERY BAD SUITUATION OF REPRESENTATION FOR LEGAL COUNCIL I HAVE WITNESS IN MY DAY THEN SIT THERE AND TELLS ME THE OPTION OF COST FOR DEFERRED ADJ NEVER EVER ASK BEFORE AS WE MET NEVER TALKED TO HIM PERIOD!!!! ABOUT WHAT I WANTED TO DO NOW AT THE END HE ASK WE CAN GO TO TRIAL !!!!. I told self that's enough i would not go thru this with this guy for trial ask YOURSELF IF U WERE ME WHAT WOULD U THINK OR DO!!!!!! ONE MORE THING THIS COURT IS NOT ADA COMPLIANT EITHER THEY DON'T CARE EITHER I WEAR HEARING AIDES AND SITTING IN BACK OF COURTROOM I COULD NOT HEAR WHAT WAS SAID!!!!!!!!! I am telling my story of what i dealt with today !

The Markowitz Law firm came through again in have my traffic violation dropped. I was out of the court room in 20 minutes. Thank you Scott and your staff. Super Cheers
