I want to thank the firm and staff of Marks and Harrison Law Firm especially my attorney Mr. West Smithers for a successful case regarding a car accident I was unfortunately involved in. Mr. Smithers negotiated a very advantageous out-of-court settlement for me, avoiding a costly trial. His knowledge, preparation and negotiating skills are very impressive. He was always transparrent and available to answer my questions and certainly put me at ease throughout the legal process. He handled my case with extreme professionalism and achived an outstanding result. Nice people easy to deal with get that money

From the moment he took my case Ryan Walker was nothing but professional, comforting, and reassuring. It was right at the beginning of 2020 when the pandemic first started and I wasn't able to go into the office but one time for my first initial consultation. I didn't get to meet Ryan face to face until the case was actually over but he was phenomenal at communicating via telephone and email. I was always kept up to date with the case and Ryan was able to get me a VERY fair settlement. He was great from start to finish. I can NOT recommend him or this firm more.

Cannot really rate my experience because I really didn't have one. I needed help with my disability claim because I had been denied mulitple times. Mark's and Harrison said they didn't think I had a case. I then called another lawyer in Richmond. He gladly took my case and we won. I just received my first check. Too bad for you marks and Harrison.

Marks and Harrison was a wonderful firm to work with. All of the receptionist, paralegals, and lawyers were amazing. Chrissy was wonderful in emailing me back and sending all the information I ever needed in a timely manner . She communicated with me on everything, so I was always up to date. My lawyer ,Ryan Walker ,was also wonderful. He did an amazing job with my case and I couldn't be happier with the results. Mike Braggs was also a lawyer on my case and he also did a great job. Both lawyers were impressive to watch in the court room, and I felt they presented my case in the best way. Hopefully I will never need to use them again, but if I ever did I would certainly go back to Mr.Walker, and the Marks and Harrison firm!

Quote from their commercial "do you trust the Government to make a decision on your disability" . . . Well I don't trust Marks & Harrison either!!! I contacted them in January. Delivered requested documents in February. It is now June. I never heard back from anyone, didn't get my documents back and Appeal for disability was ruled on without their assistance. Maybe they help some people, but they didn't help me at all.
