*Very Unprofessional* - Legal Clerk/Administrator, Julio (who is 3 weeks new ro the job), reached out December 15, 2025 in response to phone intake submission. After providing details about my case, I was told the firm did not have the type of lawyers I was looking for and placed on "hold" while he "checked". Julio did not place the call with me on hold and proceeded to laugh and joke with another person in the office about my case and proceeded to state "the audacity of this lady". After I informed him, I could hear the entire conversation and that my injuries were not a laughing matter. He was apologetic and proceeded to try to help further. He did not "research" as he originally stated. I was not taken seriously. Do not do business with a firm that is not willing to listen to your needs and lacks sensitivity training. Julio should be fired.
