After my husband's illness, my life began to break up even though I tried every way to prevent it. But having a person with serious illness and depression is impossible to break away from failure. It was hard for me to open up and tell Mr. Mark what's going on in my life and why I don't see any options anymore, I'm completely lost mentally, financially but his way talking to client in my case has helped me to open up about everything. I was drowning in debt and I came across Mr. Marks website. I called in and was able to get started right away, without having to take time off from work. From there, Sam and whole staff were amazing. I'm waiting to get my final discharge but I couldn't be happier.

I'm not sure about the attorneys there, I never got that far. I dealt with the gatekeeper Alex. Needles to say after paying 800$ to acquire there services (initially) i was treated so bad that i asked for a refund to look for another firm. All of a sudden Alex gets nice and tries to pressure me into not leaving them. Doesn't want to issue a refund and argues with me about my money. He eventually states he refunded it and whenever the bank puts it back is when I'll get it and hung up. I called the next morning because the payment processed, I was immediately hung up on, luckily I had my banking rep on a 3 way call. Called back again he took my call, began to treat me rudely again until the banking rep spoke up. He finally transferred us to someone in billing. The gent in billing explained things very well (which was different from what Alex said). The banking rep chimed in before ending the call about Alex and maybe retraining him. Customer service was probably my worst experience ever. Whoever owns that firm lost money because of a gatekeepers attitude, I wonder how much more you have lost and don't know it? Oh well, I'll wait to see if my $$ is back by friday like I was told and then go give it to another attorney. Bad business, I'd be apprehensive about using them solely due to my experience with Alex.

Wow, dont know what to think. Asked him about bank foreclosure on our home and some unethical things done, ie: mortgage company refused payments from git go unless paid in full (i only missed one payment initially then they wouldnt accept any future payments) they then pursued foreclosure during a manditory moritorium forbidding them to due so due to natural disaster, actively pursued foreclosure at same time as mitigation which is against federal law, and then charged me for attorney fees incurred during this federally protected time. My husband is a 30 yr vet with catostrophic disability rating and they stated in petition he was neither a veteran nor disabled, because there are legal protections. However this attorney got mad when i countered his statement of them not legally having to work with us telling him that under federal guidelines they were supposed to offer all efforts to prevent fireclosure and work with us, he refused to even listen to anything I had in writing regarding this defense and told me to defend myself and hung up.

FREE MONEY!! That is what Sam got for me ,After filing for bankruptcy a creditor kept sending bills every month even after the bankruptcy had gone thru A-Ok What did Sam do, He sued them and got a settlement for the damages very nice! from Day 1 I liked this firm and they kept me calm and relaxed through it all .If I ever need a lawyer I will definitely go to Marks Law Firm they are the best I have ever worked with and the best you can get
