Although they are Class Action Attorneys, whoever has the responsibility of answering calls lack a huge amount of CLASS. I called this morning with general questions about class action settlement I was a part of and the very sour aggravated tone and temperament of the mature woman who answered my call was unnecessarily rude uncomfortable. I'm curious to why SHE JUST HUNG UP ON ME because I had questions she could not answer, or she needs to retire and let a vibrant young person take on the responsibility of not being RUDE.
