I was involved in a car accident and initially opened a case with Hughes & Coleman. Due to the length of my medical treatment and the time required to extend the case in the system, it was later transferred to Marlowe Law, who ultimately helped bring it to completion. The process took a significant amount of time, partly because these cases move slowly through the proper legal and insurance channels. Marlowe did call regularly, about once a month, to provide updates, which I appreciated. In total this process took a little less than 2 years to close following the accident. In the end, my settlement was higher than what the insurance company initially offered, which does suggest that pursuing the claim was worthwhile. However, a substantial portion of my medical care was not included in the settlement. I later learned this was because I had not specifically asked my providers to document that my treatment was related to a car accident. As a result, certain records were excluded during negotiations. While the car accident was discussed verbally in all healthcare appointments, those details didn't necessarily make their way into a medical record. This was an incredibly confusing process to navigate and came with several disappointments. Looking back, I now understand how important documentation is from the very beginning. If you are ever involved in an accident, seek medical care immediately, even if you feel fine at first. Be explicit with every provider that you are being treated due to a motor vehicle accident and ask them to clearly document that in your records. This is one of those experiences where hindsight brings clarity. I hope I am never in this situation again, but I also believe clients would benefit greatly from more proactive guidance at the start of the process, rather than learning critical lessons along the way. I would recommend Marlowe Law but I would encourage clients to keep expectations managed in terms of payout and timeframe.

Been waiting for this firm to do there job since December of 2024 i been asked to do there job multiple times never have spoke to the attorney i was in a passanger accident my back has 3 cracked vertabrates and still waiting on them to get the chipped teeth fixed they want to wait dtill statue of limitations is up while i am suffering there review says aggressive i cant tell aggressive lazy maybe

Beware of this attorney my son was hit from behind by a semi . He gave my son a check for 5000 dollars and told him go to Florida and don’t tell anyone. I looked at the paperwork and there was no front page. We question it and ask for the rest of the paperwork. I called the insurance company and asked how much they gave him they said over 20.000 .. Marlowe finally gave my son the remaining after I reported him.My son was young and didn’t expect his atty to rip him off.

I have left 3 messages for the attorney to call me. Of which he never does we have for 14 months now we have not spoke with him At all. We just ask for an update on how the case is going. And so far, we have got nothing. My response is the same call. Two days ago and was told he was very, very busy and she would give him the message I had called and would like to be called back. To this very minute, it still hasn't happened. It's a shame that you can't get any response from an attorney. That's supposed to be working for you. More than likely he's out on the golf course somewhere.

Most unprofessional law office I've ever been associated with. Lazy will try you to take lowball offer. Was client for almost 3 years. Never had a sit down meeting with "Billie" the only attorney. Was Semi accident. I was hit in the rear as I was sitting still. I HAD NEVER FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST ANYONE. I hadn't ever been asked for release of my Medical records. Wanted me to call them everytime I visited doctors and supply them with report of office visit and any tests I had. I finally had enough. Retained a new Attorney. Life is so much better now.
