Kept receiving letters from Marshall Cohen LLC & his staff to hire them for bankruptcy. Decided to go ahead & set up a consultation. Went in & had an appointment at 2pm. Marshall came in & told me there would be a wait due to he had someone else squeezed in. Ended up waiting 15 minutes before being seen. When he came in he was polite but did not do anything as discussed over the phone. Didn’t really explain the bankruptcy process as I told him I wanted to understand how it worked before I jumped in. He kept cutting me off and interjecting when I would ask questions. He said he would review my credit report which he did not. He said he would go into detail about the process which he did not. He was up front about his fees. Only spent about 10 minutes with him and the paper i signed said 30 minute consultations Just didn’t leave a good impression. Very disappointing. Will not be moving forward with him.

Marshall and his support staff have been nothing but awesome through our experience filing Chapter 7. Patient and friendly but keeps things to the point and on topic without feeling herded through like just another case number. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to take this step in their life but unsure what their best option(s) are. Many many thanks for all they did for us.

What a great experience. Mr. Cohen and his super staff walked me through every step of the way in what I expected to be a painful and harrowing experience. I can’t say enough about how kind, thoughtful, and supportive everyone in the office was.
