Without hesitation and from direct personal experience, I strongly recommend the firm of Marshal Forman and Schlein. If you are looking for 1st class legal guidance with a personal touch this is the legal firm for you. Atty John Marshall came highly recommend by an Attorney who is a personal friend of my wife. Over a period of 6 months in working with Atty Marshall and his firm, I found both he and his team to be incredibly knowledgeable and engaged in guiding me to positive resolution with my legal need. In other words, we won. My specific case was not a high dollar return for the firm, and they still made me feel welcomed, wanted and needed. Reached out over a month ago for a consultation, was told they were interested and wanted to help and would reach back out after they did some more research. Waited a week and a half with zero follow up. I reached back out and was told to wait and they were still interested. I wait a month with no response, and it took three emails over two weeks to get a response saying they can't help and to find another lawyer with no explanation as to why they can't help. they also said to make sure to reach out to another lawyer soon because of time limitations. You just wasted over a month and half of my time...
We understand that clients who contact us are eager to get some news as to whether we can help with their situation. As with any legal matter, we must do our due diligence before determining whether a case is viable. Unfortunately, it sometimes takes a few weeks to figure out if there is something we can help with or not—and that can be frustrating. Please know that we thoroughly review potential cases through our free consultation process (as we did here) and always offer our honest opinion — based on the applicable legal standards and our experience— in order to best serve our clients and prospective clients.
Called to get legal guidance, all I got were lies and dismissive statements from this law firm. Without reviewing any documents or evidence they made up delusional legal theories about my case I was seeking counsel for. I wouldn’t recommend them at all if you are seeking a REAL lawyer that actually wants to help. This law firm is a disgrace.

Hired John marshal to settle a personal injury case several years back before the internet. He talked me into settling out of court for $15000. My injuries were debilitating.

I called for a brief consultation. All I got was harassment and no guidance. He made it clear he had no interest until I could prove I am worth the big $$ for him. I felt a complete lack of empathy. So I said "no thanks" and am going elsewhere. Ridiculous.
