If you’re looking at this law firm and the attorney are “listening” to you, your case is already SCREWED. This is probably the last place you’d want to go. I had 2 meeting and was charged $1395. They are attorneys so there’s no need to argue you won’t be done right. If you got referred here head the warning you are at the wrong place! Good luck.

Tom helped me with a complex and messy custody battle. He was always fair minded towards my ex and helped a great deal is a timely resolution. I contacted Thomas Elliott for some legal assistance just over a year ago. During the course of the last year, Tom helped me with 4 different cases. Tom always had my best interest in mind, even if it meant he would make less money. Tom took the time to explain the law to me in a way that I could understand. Followed suggestions of Thomas Martin and his bluff letter was called out and he suggested that I go small claims. I did and it ended up costing me $4655.00 in which he failed to reply back to any of my 5 + phone calls! I wanted to know if I should have appealed it or not?? The whole thing was controlled by the other attorney telling the judge what to do in a letter sent to the judge before trial!

At a time of confusion I sought Tom Elliott's advice. I only needed him for one consult. I found him to be expert and have great procedural understanding. Also--and this is why I write the review--he shared with me the human wisdom of a good man. Helped me save things. Grateful for the help.

Mr. Martin represented me in a case where a woman on a cell phone ran a red light at 50 mph and tee-boned me in my GMC Envoy, causing all 8 airbags to deploy and causing me spinal injury. The woman was under insured and Mr. Martin was able to get her insurance company to pay beyond her liability limit.
