Case flow is really really slow, I’ve never met the attorney nor has he/she communicated. Every time I reach out to the firm either they don’t answer, can’t give me an update on status or ask for things that are pretty accessible on their end for me to do, which makes me question why am I paying such a big amount for something I could’ve done somewhere else with probably better service. Not to mention most clerks as soon as you voice your opinion in a respectful manner treat you with an attitude that makes you feel disrespected. Wouldn’t recommend.
