Everyone in the office was just amazing! My husband & I were in an accident almost 7 years ago. Jennifer, Andrea & my attorney Justin went above and beyond to help every step of the way. From early morning to late night calls, or trips to the office I was taken care of. They even took our travel and pain into consideration when we moved 2 hours away. Always making sure we would be in the area when paperwork needed to be signed or doing things through emails so we didn’t need to suffer in the car that long. If I had questions there was always someone who can answer them for me. It was nice to have been treated like a person not just someone’s paycheck. Justin even helped me with a disability lawyer and Jennifer was on top of them getting every I needed for disability. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and will definitely continue to recommend them as well as they will be the first lawyer I call if I ever need one again.

Well, unfortunately, today I did what I should have done before entrusting my case to them: read the reviews… typical lawyers sell their cases… but who can stand up against them? I've asked for the entire case file three times now, and they still haven't given it to me. On the contrary, they're forcing me to make a decision I never wanted to make, and I've already filed everything. They won't even give me my file so I can get a second opinion. I've received two calls pressuring me to drop the case, even though I was the victim. Does anyone know the number where I can send someone to do an investigation? I've never seen a law firm screwing over their clients like that! 🤣🤣🤣 And I sit here wondering how stupid I was not to do what I'm doing now, when in my case it's the guilty party's lawyers against me, and my lawyers (these people) are against me. But since Ellis decided not to go to court, God help us. They've left a family completely destroyed, but I'm doing my part so that others smarter than me don't have to go through the same thing.

How can I even describe the TERRIBLE service we received from a law firm that ultimately resolves absolutely nothing? Their phone service is simply awful. I spent two days trying to contact the person supposedly handling our case (there are two of us affected). The first day I called, someone else was on the line and said they would call me back, but they never did. Hoping to find a solution, the person who answered put me on hold, and when they came back, they said the person who was supposed to help me had gone to lunch. Okay, I asked when she would be back, and I waited for her to call me back because that's what she said. They never called me back. I called again, still hopeful, and it was the same story: another call on hold, only for the person who answered to tell me she would help me. Can you believe it? When I explained the situation again, they told me that in my case, we had to cover the medical expenses since the case was dismissed and it would be our responsibility. That's not what we were told, and now who's supposed to cover the X-ray costs? Thank God the physical therapy never even started because just as it was about to begin, they told us the case was dismissed due to the other person injured in the accident. Great! Truly, a completely...TERRIBLE service!!!!! Unfortunately, I had to write about my bad experience so that others don't have to go through the same thing. P.S. While I was writing this review, I received a call from the office asking how they could help me because they had received a message about my call. What a coincidence, right? And she identified herself as a paralegal, just like many of the negative reviews here mention—that you never actually get to see a lawyer. So I have to put a star to be able to publish my message, oh well, but don't get too excited because for me it's 🚫 0 stars

Jessie and Atty. Jose, helped me to get the compensation I deserve. Though, this car accident really change my health for worst. Terrible experience with this law firm. Getting in touch with the paralegal handling your case is extremely difficult; forget about a lawyer actually seeing your case—it's all handled by a paralegal. I had to make several contact requests just to get them to get in touch. They handled my case for a month, and during that time, all they did was check if my policy included coverage they could claim on. If your insurance doesn't include it, you're wasting your time with them. During that entire month, they also failed to send my information to the insurance company to claim the PIP insurance I was entitled to. Therefore, I wasted all this time with their representation (information provided by my insurance company) only to be told later that they wouldn't take my case. The paralegal gave me conflicting information constantly; one day she'd say one thing, and the next day something completely different. Your insurance company won't give you information if you have legal representation, and even though they tell you they won't take your case, they take two weeks to send the letter to the insurance company informing you that they no longer represent you. If you have an accident, find out exactly what you're getting into before entrusting your case to this type of firm.
