I've known Mary since I was a child, and now as a father and fellow attorney, I called on Mary to represent my dad after he was struck by a car while crossing a street on foot. I called in on 11/11/25 and I gave the operator brief notes on my situation, it was suggested that I hold off on providing more information for the intake specialist. I was told that someone was going to give me a call to get more information. Today, I had received a denial of representation. I am confused on how you can make a decision based off of two sentences that the operator wrote ( I was emailed a copy the comments). Unfortunately, quality is not a priority and it would have taken no time to give me a call.

I'll share my experience with Mary Alexander & her associates. I was already dealing with loss and financial issues before the incident and was going through a tough time in life to say the least; Only to add on top of that around April of 2023 I was riding with a buddy of mine on a motorcycle and was T-boned by another vehicle (Tesla) and had my left calf bones completely snapped in half (Tibia & Fibula) and was sent to the hospital for emergency surgery. Luckily my leg was saved and it didn't seem like there was going to be permanent damage, but now I would have to deal with a titanium rod running through my calf + excruciating pain for the next 5 months before i could even begin to walk somewhat normally with a cane. I had contacted a couple lawyer's and decided to go with Mary and her associates since it seemed like she understood my situation and was very compassionate.
