Mary Lou Bylsma

Mary Lou is my Worker's Comp attorney through Jack Bailey. Although the City of Shreveport will not settle the case, she has been able to help me in other ways by getting things done (surgery, injections, medication's, doctor referrals, spinal cord simulator, etc.)! I love the fact that when you need to talk to her, there is comfort in knowing she gets down to you on your level (portrays a relationship with you like she is your best friend you've known for years), and most importantly listens to your concerns and then addresses them almost immediately! Mary Lou gives very sound, reasonable and great advice! She is very good at lifting you up when your feeling stressed and/or depressed about the case and/or the pain associated with the injury that slowly chips away at your sanity. I must also warn you that Mary Lou is a firecracker and gets very heated when worker's comp makes your life miserable by not approving the things that need to be approved, and she has no problem with taking them to court for a judges approval!
