My name is Rita Sanders. The wrongful death case of my mother is now settled after almost 10 years.. Albeit with little satisfaction for me, because the doctor who killed her happened to die during the term of the case.. And the justice for her, that I was seeking, was lost.. Because he's dead, that doctor will never admit that my mom is dead due to his negligence.. Yet the case was won, regardless.. I just want to say that Chuck Marzar saw the wrong and took up the sword for me and my family, when no other attorney would step up. He is an honorable man and a wonderful attorney. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Robin held my moms case for 20 months, with 4 months left on the case, she advised she couldn’t do anything & to get a second opinion... with 4 months left, NO firm of course would take a case. Robin did not respond back to numerous of calls to her. THE WORSE FIRM IN HARRISBURG! Please do not let Robin waste your time like she did to me & my sisters!!
