Marzzacco Niven & Associates What an amazing Law firm, from Jackie the paralegal to Melissa who represented me. I’m so very thankful for this Law firm. I had originally contacted another Attorney who looked at me and told me I had “NO Case” and after talking to a friend who was also represented by this law firm she highly recommended them. I called and the minute I spoke to the receptionist I felt the help instantly. She did an intake and within a day I was contacted and they took my case. "You need a specialist." "You don't need a specialist." She spoke in circles. This firms fails the basics. Instead of clearly advising what is necessary to increase the likelihood of success, she acts dismissive as if she can't help. THE NEXT STEP IS TO FILE FOR AN "ADMINSTRATIVE LAW JUDGE" HEARING *** IN THE NEXT 60 DAYS*** AFTER BEING REJECTED FOR RECONSIDERATION AND SHE FAILED TO DISCLOSE THAT TWICE AND TOLD ME TO WAIT 6 MONTHS. She gave me advice that should be considered not within the law! The muddled dialogue, and feeling like she doesn't want to take my case, (I feel she feels too busy and truly doesn't want another client) has her engaging in dialogue to be off putting. I went elsewhere and the took my case with clear advice and assistance. You don't have to put up with these bad services at this firm. Go elsewhere.

Over the past 5 years the firm of Marzzacco, Niven, and associates have represented me in two separate matters. First in 2019 I was involved in a very serious vehicle accident in which I was not at fault. My wife reached out to the best personal injury attorney, Christopher Marzzacco. His representation greatly assisted me during this time. His knowledge in personal injury law is extensive and he showed me he left no stone unturned to help me through this traumatic experience. Unfortunately I was involved in a very serious work related incident several years after the vehicle accident. My past positive experience led me to reach out to the firm again without hesitation. I was referred to one of the associates at the firm, Jesse Rhodeside and his assistant Rebecca Houseman. Jesse's knowledge in workman's compensation law is outstanding. But more importantly is his sincerity in looking out for his clients. To say I had more stress after a second traumatic head injury is quite simply an understatement. As my health deteriorated from this second event Jesse had me focus on my health and alleviated the stress of the legal matter as best as possible.
