Very unprofessional experience. I worked with this law office for over a year on my case and received almost no updates unless I repeatedly asked myself. They rarely answer emails, phone calls are constantly redirected to voicemail, and messages are not returned. Communication is extremely poor, and the entire process felt unnecessarily delayed. I am very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and client care !

Getting hit by a semi was the worst experience of my life. The team at Marzzacco Niven and Associates, specifically Jordan and Julia, gave me my life back after. They took on 3 parties to get my medical bills paid, and get me what I deserved to rebuild. I walked away from what could have been the end. They gave me the ability to build a new beginning, without the worry of having to do it alone.

Would not recommend this place they sent all my stuff to Colorado without my knowledge and now its stuck there..was just there for a long visit with family ...no call back ever from daniel...starting fresh with somebody else

Would not recommend, would not offer helpful advice for me to help win my case , made me do most of the work, I did not know what I was doing thats why I hired them. They did not get paperwork in on time then dropped my case after they lost once again leaving me with no help, This place has good reviews don't understand why. This Place still gives me nightmares

Started a case for disability with this firm and I haven’t heard anything back from them at all. I’ve called several times left messages no return calls. Disability sent me paperwork for me to fill out so not sure why we even hired you all.

I hired Jesse as my attorney for my case last year. From the very beginning he was honest & up front with me. He gave me great advice & worked hard on my case. He didn't allow me to settle for less. His assistant Melissa would always return my calls asap & was always friendly. I would most definitely recommend them.

Do not use them for any Disability case they are absolutely horrible. When you first call them, they will treat you like gold but then as time goes on you’re just another number. I will say some of the people they are extremely nice and others are so bad. I had an issue with one of the attorneys there and I reached out to the owner of the company, Chris Mazzacco, and he basically told me that he doesn’t feel like I’m happy Enough here and so that he’s done with me now. I ended up losing a lot of money because they would not file my appeal for Disability. It’s extremely frustrating when you have Unprofessional Attorneys working on your case. I would recommend anyone that’s filing for disability to go with a law firm that just does disability cases. These people have no clue what they’re doing at all. I filed a complaint with the Bar association because of the unprofessionalism. The attorney I had was so bad I felt like it was her first day on the job She did not represent at all

A few years ago when I applied for disability the attorney was supposed to file for a hearing never did she said the only time by she could help me was me being put in a wheelchair so in October of 23 when my doctor took me out of work finally I contacted Marzzacco Niven and Associates to help me file for my appeal at that time I meant a young man that did all my intake work he was wonderful he helped me with all the paperwork and everything then I meant Jackie Jackie is awesome she was on the other line when I needed a phone call to see if what was going on or if I needed anything or how to fill out this paper with that paper they went above and beyond to get me awarded it took a while to get to that point but when I was denied they didn't hesitate to refile for hearing and then when I was awarded they called me let me know what was going on after the hearing then after 2 weeks they finally got all the paperwork back from the judge and as soon as they got the the notice she called me first thing in the morning and left me now all the attorneys are really nice I had no problem ever getting a phone call back from them if I'd left a message they called me back then the next day or two I really appreciate all the help that you had done for me thank you very much I recommend your attorney office to anybody thank you Tammy.
