Brandon was awesome in helping me with my divorce. I was new to Texas at the time and needed help filing and getting custody of my kids. He was reasonably available, and if not him, his assistant was there to help. His demeanor was professional and his assistant was prompt with any phone calls or paperwork needed. He would even make house calls if I couldn’t make it to the office for paperwork. If I sent emails with questions, he was prompt to get back to me. 10 out of 10!

I got in some trouble bout 6 years ago and probation was gunning for me they were offering me 12 years.. I thought for sure id miss my baby girl being born... trust me when I tell u Brandon is a very very intelligent and calculated person. He got my case reinstated and im sitting at the house right now. I will be using him for my divorce and highly recommend him

Brandon Masin definitely has communication issues. I would not recommend having this guy represent you. He needs his license revoked.

Definitely unprofessional contacted them about a tenant matter and they wanted to argue with me over the phone and try to tell me what I have is not proof when I have recordings. I have pictures and I have a paper trail that I’ve been letting them know to fix this matter, then the gentleman on the phone decides to call me dirty Don’t appreciate that because I’m far from dirty and as I stated to him when I rented this place out it was a mess. It was filthy and I have pictures from the date that I signed my lease all the way up until now nothing has been fixed and nothing has been done But stay away from this company because they’re very biased and after he called me out of my name, he proceeds to say do you want me to send you the paperwork? No, I don’t. I don’t want nothing to do with your office. You guys are very disrespectful not only that you can just simply say what we need in court and go from there, but you’re trying to justify every proof that I have you’re telling me well that was months ago. It does not matter. I’ve been complaining about this situationabout having mold in my apartment since September up until last month so do not waste your time with this office.

KEEP AWAY! The service was extremely disappointing. I initially reached out via email regarding a traffic citation but received no response. After following up with another email and calling repeatedly for five days, his assistant finally answered and assured me he would respond to my email—but he didn’t. When I called again, he finally replied to the email asking for details, only to ghost me afterward. I ultimately had to handle the issue directly with the court before the deadline, as I still received no further communication from him.

Has very apparent communication issues that make simple situations cumbersome.

You shouldn't have your law license when you ruin people's lives carelessly!! You don't even deserve a rating!! My fiance, got arrested and he needed to contact his lawyer Brandon Masin. There shouldn't be a warrant out for his arrest. We have all been trying to reach him and talk to him, but the lawyer had a personal issue come up that put the pretrial on hold. (Not Ryans fault) Now Ryan has been arrested because the warrant is set out too him, when the only reason why the court date was spontaneously pushed out, (date TBD still) was because of the lawyer. There is no warrant out for Ryan, and he needs to get in contact with Brandon to get this fixed. I called Brandon and he HUNG UP!! 😡😡

I was greatly satisfied with his expertise in helping me. He helped me through my lawsuit. I was very happy with the out come. Very professional. I would recommend him for any legal problem.
