Paid 2500 for a retainer. We discussed what would take place and how it would take place. I even received mail from Mastri Law outlining specific dates. In nearly 4 months nothing but an entry of appearance has been filed (verified with clerk of records). Nothing in the timeline provided has been met. Zero communication as of now. If I call now no one answers, previously when his office was still answering I would get the run around "he will call you tomorrow, he needs to speak to you thanks for calling I will have him reach out, he wants you to know he will call you back" etc. Emails go unanswered. All this despite making myself available (emailing to schedule time to speak via phone upon their request when he was still communicating) If you want to waste your money, time and leave your family / case in limbo he is a great choice. If you want communication, timely schedules and professionalism you will need to go else where.

My friend hired him to help gain custody of his son, during court the mother lied a few different times, the main one was that her boyfriend has a criminal background and apparently this lawyer didn’t look for background information before the court hearing. Neither did the judge !!! Looking for another lawyer that will actually do what there supposed to do, and bring his son home!!! Any one have any suggestions?

Literally the best attorney I've ever had in my life of 44 years. Went in to court for a preliminary hearing on and a simple assault and unlawful theft by taking charges. Both pretty hefty misdemeanors. I walked out from my preliminary hearing not even having to go in front of the judge whatsoever with my case dismissed for my first appearance to court! Dismissed at my preliminary hearing! And I didn't even have to leave the waiting room I was only there for a half hour tops! His law office is top of the line his team is amazing and he is by far one of the best attorneys around!!!

Moral and trustworthy

I hired him for a case my child is involved in. So far, it’s just the initial intake phone call, a few follow-up phone calls and the virtual court appearance. He didn’t pass judgment or talk down to my child. We’re very pleased with the outcome and look forward to this having a positive outcome. Mr. Mastri was polite, professional and friendly. His assistant prepped the office following COVID19 protocols and was very task oriented throughout the visit. His paralegal, Jessie, was personable and extremely efficient during all daytime phone calls. I received information in a timely manner. I even received a military discount when I mentioned I was a veteran and unfamiliar with this process; he immediately explained it in detail with timelines and multiples option including his recommendations during our free consultation phone call and review of the court papers. Definitely an excellent and stressfree transaction!
