I would not recommend Matt or Matanuska Law for ANY real estate or contract law they will waste your time, ignore your questions while not attempting to achieve your goals or produce any results: I have spent around $25,000 with Matt at Matanuska Law on my real estate litigation case. Matt would not respond to my emails, he does what he wants in your case with your money. Matt lost the whole case and cost me an additional $28,000 of their opposing party lawyer fees. Matt did not want to settle my case. Matanuska Law filed multiple unnecessary motions for extension of time because Matt is unorganized, unprepared and will put little effort into your case then charges you for researching the law. Didn’t he go to Law school!? Matt did very little “negotiating” or attempting to find a resolution. he doesn’t know real estate law, finance or the banking processes for residential mortgages. He is not an expert and has no business offering legal services for real estate law. I wish I had gone with a different law firm. Spend your money with someone that will fight for your goals and knows how to do this!!
