Very disappointed in this firm. I just made an initial call and Caleb was probably the rudest person I could have dealt with. He would barely let me finish a sentence to give him the information. Cutting me off and making assumptions from an incomplete story. It's already frustrating enough to be in a situation where you're contemplating legal action, but when you call "professionals" and they treat your situattion with kind of condescension and dismissiveness that Caleb did....just...wow. If this is how they handle clients on the first call, I'm glad to be looking elsewhere.
