I am only here to apologize to the intake person that believes I insulted them and to not make my husband pay the price because of an extremely mentally drained wife watching her husband lose everything because not one attorney in AZ nor the IDC will help an employee wronged by their employer. My emotions should not be taken personal hence my publicly apologizing. Though I did offer to PAY for services but was not even allowed to present the case as a whole. Does anything change if Alj refuses to make them provide a legally required SDS and we are getting stuck with a 120 grand hospital bill because the insurance companies refuse to pay it even though case is still open?

first time having to hire a lawyer for anything so far the Matt Fendon group has helped me make it easy still early in the case i will update as the case goes along and i think it will be positive feedback the whole way.

Kept giving me the run around and always acting like they were busy and would call me back but wouldn't. Would act like they did even when they hadn't. Told me I needed to see a specialist I repeatedly when I told them I couldn't self pay for and they kept saying they would get back to me after speaking to an attorney about it until now, today, I am a week away from my zoom court case and they finally told me they can't help. I would have contacted someone else sooner. I lost my car, my house, and everything because of this. They don't care at all or an attorney would have talked to me and not just their intake supervisors Jacqueline or Armani who still don't actually reach out or listen or anything of actual use. A huge waste of time and might have made it to where I have waited too long to even ask another attorney. Even if I have to represent myself I would have ratger just done that and not wasted any time or effort with this office. I guess because my case wouldn't have made them a ton of money it was ok to just toss me aside constantly. Thanks for nothing! Would give negative stars if that was possible!
