Mr. Rago is much more than just misleading. If I could give him less than one star I would. He is what you call the epitome of a PIECE OF **** lawyer. When you meet him, he will dazzle you with lawyer jargon, and with false accusations that he is one of the "best lawyers in the business, with over 30+ years in the business". I am telling you from experience, DO NOT BELIEVE HIS LIES. He purposely prolonged my case to increase his profit. (Which, by the way, an average attorneys fees are around 200.00 USD per hour. Mr. Ragos fees are almost double that at 395.00 USD.) My case went on for about 2 years, with multiple court appearances, Mr. Ragos cost for each of those appearances was approximately 1000.00 USD. Every few months my bill would be close to 5000.00 USD.(not including the 3500.00 USD retainer fee). Mr. Rago would not accept partial payments, only full payments, and would consistently harass me via cellphone calls and correspondence. Finally, after I paid him almost 15000.00 USD and it was time for Mr. Rago to actually do some work, and prepare for the trial...Mr. Rago withdrew as my attorney; leaving me to face the trial without an attorney representing my case. BOTTOM LINE...This guy is a fraud! He will legally rob you using his law practice. Don't be a victim, as I was. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Takes advantage of Spanish speaking clients. Doesn't explain documents and bullies clients into accepting settlements with exorbitant fees. Misleading attorney. Avoid.

He's a good Lawyer have taken care of a few cases involving child support and has always came up on top. Yes he does charge quite a bit but its worth it if you want good results in any type of case.
