Did absolutely no legal research or preparation into my case. He went against my wishes to instruct defense witnesses to change their testimony. Absolutely the worst attorney you could have. If your stuck in the Tillamook consortium then you're going to prison, sorry. So, try to get a new attorney. All you have to do is have a hearing where you state why Matthew Lyon is not constitutionally adequate. It's not that you can't get along, or that you disagree with him, that does nothing, no, you state he's ineffective as an attorney and it's a violation of your constitutional rights to be stuck with him -- now you've just preserved an appellate claim and they'll get you a new attorney to avoid that. I got almost 20 years for something I didn't do because of his unprofessional and lazy approach, but I went on to win my appeal and got out after 7 years. 7 years!!! Don't go with this guy, he won't do any better if you're throwing away your money on him. You'd be better off representing yourself. Matthew Lyon is a joke. A knock knock joke. A lame. Zero stars
