Couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. If you got some tough skin, then he will be the guy you want. He truley wants what's in the best interest of the children. If you listen and provide the information he needs and straight to the point then I'd go with him. But if you want things your way and go on and on with stuff thats irrelevant then I'd go somewhere else but that would be your loss because he's hard working, knowledgeable, and when you see him working in the courtroom you'll understand why he's the best of the best.

Mr Dudley is absolutely the best if you need someone to go up against a bully. If you are fighting to keep your children safe he is an incredible attorney. I have used him multiple times over the last 20 years and I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done to help me protect my family. If you do hire him be prepared to do what he says. He does not tolerate petty bickering situations, he's in it to win for the protection of children. If you really need someone in your corner he's absolutely the best. I have recommended him to multiple people who also were very happy with the results he was able to get them.

I have never met a ruder person in my (Lea) in my whole life. Showed no empathy, completed belittled me and accused me of being a liar all in the span of a 10 minute conversation. I’ve been representing myself in my custody case so I’m by no means an expert whatsoever, just was hoping to get some help/guidance. I felt like I was being spoken down to which was really disgusting. Not sure how they’re able to get any business to be fair, with all due respect I came in with hope as I was recommended to them by my therapist and was shunned for false accusations by someone who glazed over my parenting plan/order without actually getting any factual information. She didn’t feel genuine whatsoever, felt like it’s not about helping people for them, just another pocket to pick. I know you’d want your representation to be tough, thorough, and passionate, but there’s a massive gap of understanding to lead with empathy whilst listening to understand rather then to respond. Better help out there guaranteed! Hope this helps

Absolutely unprofessional treated my 65 year old mother like a idiot because all she wants is to see her grandkids well just know if you guys see this you are being reported to the BAR association thank you have a good day.

First of all, my kids' mom said he yelled at her and made her upset so she yelled at my kids. I don't know what kind of attorney yells at his client, but it seems very unprofessional in my opinion. Secondly, he's trying to change a parenting plan that my kids' mom and I have been using for almost 2 years now that my kids are comfortable and used to. My kids' mom hired this lawyer after Benjamin Platt fired her and he might actually be a worse lawyer than Platt. Clearly he has no regard for the well-being of my children. Just another crook lawyer looking for easy money with no regard for innocent children. How sad there are people like this that are lawyers that only care about getting easy money from their clients with no regard for the wellbeing of children Update, my kids' mom said he was mean and yelled at her again so now she's thinking about firing him. So there ya go if you want to pay for a man to yell and be mean at you then I guess this dud is the dude for that

I was referred to call them for help, in the middle of talking to them they hung up on me without hearing me out, very rude, I called back and again they were rude - didn't give me any explanation and hung up again. Still confused at the entire call.

I would not be where I currently am without Dudley. I found him about a week after I separated from the mother of my children. Through the whole process he helped me bulldoze through all the noise and made my divorce seem simple. Simple but not easy, divorce is never easy (in my experience). The only thing I regretted at the end of my divorce was not getting ahold of Dudley on day one. I would be significantly better off if I had done so. If you are entering into a messy (or simple) divorce, get Dudley immediately on the phone, listen to what has to say, and things will turn out well in the end. I'm recommending Matthew J Dudley to anybody I can.

Dudley went above and beyond for my divorce and protection order for me and my boys. I was pro se for most of my case as my ex husband was an engineer and I was a stay at home mom. Hateful associate, referred by another attorney who was wonderful but leaving the area. The wife answered (who said she was a partner) and was just hateful and disrespectful. Now that I have the money for a retainer I still would not hire either of them.

The best lawyer money can buy. Hes busy so expect his response times to reflect that, but if he's on your team you dont have a thing to worry about. Dudleys a bullshark and if you let him do his job he will get it done. Responsive, supportive, diligent and determined.

currently dealing with Mr Dudley as my lawyer and I wouldn't trade him for anything. can be strict but fair. dealing with a high conflict case is tough but he is tougher. he knows what he is doing and he knows how to win. Tried to get a idea of cost and the lady i spoke to on the phone was rude and sounded scared of the other attorney they were going to face id never recommend these people if they cant even be polite on the phone wish I could give them -10 stars
