what a joke! after what i have learned about the decision i feel that it is completely unacceptable! she owes this community and the rest of the folks following this case an explanation!! WHY??????

As the prosecuting attorney in an animal cruelty case, she gave a sweetheart deal to a man charged with 82 counts of animal cruelty!! The worst part is she allowed these abusers to get 31 of their dogs back!! The deal that was written by the defense and Lisa Nalkt-Martin, was not even approved by the Taylor County Animal Director!! She’s not a good attorney at all!! She always acted like she was scared and intimidated by Jim Averitt!!
