Attorney Brian Flynn is very responsive and a nice guy. He listens and works hard for you. Highly recommend him. This is a very good law firm with very professional receptionist and attorneys.
I've been avoiding this review for years because I was constantly hoping for something good to come from them. I'm the type of person, if I have nothing nice to say, I prefer to stay quiet, but this needs to be said for anyone who may be newly working with this firm, and maybe now they'll take into account of how unprofessional they've been for years and finally do better! I've been with Legal Shield for 6 years, and I was assigned this law firm, unfortunately. From the start they were not good. I thought it was because of the location I was in. Most of my experience with this law firm has been HORRIBLE! I've called them for help and I remember times where I had to be my own advocate and tell them what to say in a letter! Crazy! Like I research things before I make contact with them - and I come to them for confirmation, and legal guidance on next steps, i.e. a letter because that is what I pay for. I don't call them to find out if I have a case or not! Nine times out of ten, I've done the research to know I absolutely do have one. I come to you to help prevent it from going further by way of the courts! Only one attorney was helpful, engaging, active, professional, and nice. My most recent experience, was due to an employment question and the attorney I spoke with, Dana, kept making false assumptions about my experience. This was prior to my FORCED resignation. It's on paper! I saved it! But whatever! The first time I spoke to her, she was short tempered constantly interrupting me, deflecting, and denying what I'd gone through, not once did she listen to my issues. I felt unsupported but I didn't return the favor by equally being rude and condescending. Nevertheless, she gave me advice and I thanked her. Fast forward to months later, certain situations have not gotten better and I researched before my request. Not to mention my spouse is an attorney, who was the first person to advise me, that I do have a case. Well, I just spoke with Dana again. Not by choice! I wanted nothing more than to speak with someone else. It really doesn't matter if an attorney feels I don't have a case, take the time to actually listen to the facts before you start spewing out your own personal feelings about the situation. She was disgustingly rude and condescending AGAIN, she had the audacity to begin vocalizing a whole story that went on in her head about what I had gone through, or what she would describe as what I didn't go through further stating and I quote "You see, when a person doesn't like their job or they find it stressful do you know what they do? They look for another job. They don't stay where they don't feel supported" - This was her assuming that I never looked for a job while being employed at a job that was not supportive. (well Dana, it appears you too don't like yours. Perhaps take your own advice?). She then went on to ASSUME that I never asked them for reasonable accommodations. Another false statement - I have proof of not only asking for reasonable accommodations but how they knowingly put me in situations that they knew would cause PTSD. Including but not limited to my attorney spouse who was the main one listening to me and witnessing how it was affecting me in real time. However, I was never rude to Dana until today. And even then I allowed her to speak and make false assumptions about my situation before I interjected and read her for filth. I'd had it. Years of abuse and unprofessionalism from these people with ZERO listening skills. I've kept it cute for years! I couldn't take it. She hung up, as she should. Take a break and get yourself some help. Learn how to be more professional. Take a listening skills training before you start writing people off just so you can go home. I get it, there's pressure but that doesn't constitute rudeness. I refuse to pay a monthly fee to be met with a firm that's not supportive or protective. And even if I don't pursue legal counsel with my situation, just know; no matter what happens to me, the energy you put out to me, WILL be returned to you. God bless you, ties cut.
I hear this is this is one of the best Law Firm's around. I'm just waiting for them to help me clear my name and my reputation so I can see the proof of their phenomenal work. .
Not a pleasant experience and do not recommend them.
I was introduced to this firm by way of LegalShield and it was a simple and productive transaction. Special thanks to my assigned attorney, Dana Katz. She is the sword cutting through the viney entanglements which are extended vehicle warranties. With her knowledge and assistance, I was able to be freed from my "protective" purchase which didn't cover anything when it was needed. I saved and was refunded over $900 within 3 weeks after making contact with Dana Katz, 3-5 times electronically. Professional. Efficient. Results-driven.
Not enjoyable This LAW FIRM is dysfunctional and completely unprofessional.
My sister and I just completed a long and complex real estate transaction and had an excellent experience with the Law Office of Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller in Cherry Hill, NJ. Special thanks to attorney Dan Bruno and his team. Their professionalism and guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Because of our LegalShield membership, we received unlimited consultations and full legal representation at an affordable cost. Thank you so much!
Jeffrey is excellent lawyer. Thank you team.
I signed up for Legal Shield and was assigned to Rae Simonini Campagnola, Esq. It was the worst experience. She was unprofessional, loud, and unhinged. On 12-18-24, we had a phone conversation where she asked for supportive documents. I sent those documents by email on 12-18-24. I received a call back on 01-06-25, and she believed it wasn't a strong case but gave me the option of having her team compile my documents into a smaller file to send to another location where my documents are legally bound. We ended the phone call with her confirming she would work on the compiled pages to send and that I should receive a copy. Today, 01-09-25, she reneged, stating that it's not a strong case and that I should compile it myself. I reminded her of our last conversation that I still wanted my documents compiled by her team. Then she kept repeating her opinion, saying she could have her team compile them, even though it's not a strong case. I still said yes to having her team do it. Then she got unnecessarily loud and spoke over me about doing it myself. Is she stable? Don't continuously offer an option and try to force me to decide against using it. Be a professional and control yourself. I was allowed to decide on the option you provided, whether it made sense to you or not. If I choose an option that is not in your favor, still do your job and be pleasant about it.
I'm part of LegalShield Plan and John Miller was assigned by their system to represent my case. I finished the closing on my house last week and I can state that I am very satisfied and pleased with his services. He was very informative, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, especially on the last day, he took his time to explain all important details. I really appreciated the fact that his team managed to adjust the closing costs margins in my favor and also that he drove over 2 hours form his office to the place where the Closing took place a the Title Agency, which was a commendable gesture. I recommend his team and services.
Worst firm to ever exist. I was hit by someone and almost died. The police wrote a false police report claiming a different man was driving at the time and that I hit him. Elise Lazarus called me a liar and that “the police would never do that that’s illegal”. I paid her $300 to call me a liar and to just show up. The case was dropped because the man claiming to be the driver who was never there at the accident didn’t show up once he knew I had legal representation. I paid Lazarus just to show up. She did nothing I did all the talking explaining the issue to the prosecutor and judge. I wanted to re open the case and go after the company and never got help. Now I’m in a similar situation with the police and it’s day 4 after it happened. My court date is in 3 days and they referred me a 2 star lawyer who is known for not helping legal shield members. My freedom is on the line and this firm thinks it’s a joke.
I do not write this review to create problems. I write this to inform MWM Law Firm and pray that others receive better service. I've spoken with a couple of different attorneys in this firm. Let's begin with Kim, who was absolutely amazing! Lauren (business counseling atty) was of no help. The case was transferred to Mark (who isn't listed on their website as an atty as of 6/26) said he'd forward me an email for me to reply to in order to send him the documents submitted to the judge. I have yet to receive the email from two days ago. I believe in solutions. It's hard to come to a solution when only one party is willing. I pay monthly for services I'm not receiving. I've suffered a loss of money and sleep due to insufficient service from MWM Legal firm. After minutes of back and forth communication, Winifred finally heard me and escalated the matter. She walked to Mark and verbalized the urgency of this matter. He called me back within the hour. That was a plus, however, he failed to follow through with the task he created. No, I have not received said email. He was the second attorney I spoke with and it is proven (based on the advice) neither attorney read the documents submitted with the request. I've spoken with Helene two times as this is my second complaint. This is unacceptable, irresponsible, and embarrassing. I took this firm's advice before a judge who dismissed BOTH cases and the second judge explicitly stated YOUR ATTORNEY IS WRONG. MWM should be ashamed. NOTICE, most of the HIGH STARS are over a year ago. The quality is decreasing.

It’s a business . The sooner you realize you are just a paying customer, the sooner you will realize they care nothing about your case, and sell you on the notion they do in order to pay their bills with your life savings .
I have no idea what the other reviews are on about. I called and they explicitly told me they only represent landlords.
Strange lawyers who, despite multiple emails being sent, don't bother to reply.
Bad law firm to work with - I would stay away!
