I've been working with Maurer Law for a good 3 years (Only because of my situation). Josh is straight forward and let's you know what to expect and the possible outcomes. I was in a car accident at 36 weeks pregnant and with my 3 other small children. Another driver crossed into my lane and hit us. Our car was totaled. I am so grateful we all ended up being ok. Everything that followed between all of our medical bills and treatments and dealing with insurance companies became a nightmare. That’s where Josh and his team stepped in took over to help us. They are wonderful and have handled everything for me with insurance. It’s a relief to have all that taken off my plate- and to know I have an expert advocating on my behalf. A couple years ago I was rear-ended in a car accident. At the time I thought I would be fine and started to handle things on my own. The insurance adjuster seemed nice. Then came the debilitating head pain that kept me in bed for days, and not long after, the auto insurance stopped paying for my treatment. I realized this was a bigger issue than I could handle. I searched the internet, reading reviews and was impressed by Maurer Law. I met with Josh and immediately knew I wanted to hire him. He's very compassionate and has had his own injuries he's dealt with, so understood and empathized with my pain and the process. He and his staff explained everything along the way and even came with me to a doctor appointment required by the auto insurance and taped everything said. I spent thousands of my own money trying different treatment as I refused to "live with the pain" as I was told by doctors I'd seen. I finally found treatment that worked and was free of the horrible head pain. Maurer Law reached a very good settlement, keeping me posted and making sure I was happy with the settlement. I've unfortunately been in two rear-end accidents since then and didn't hesitate for a second in calling Maurer Law. I'm able to focus on my treatment and leave the rest to Maurer Law, the professionals that know the in's and out's of insurance companies that look out for themselves. I was led through the steps needed to actually form a case, and suddenly the only thing I had to worry about was recovering from my injuries. The team called for periodic check in’s to see how I was recovering as well as giving updates.
