Maurice M. Henderson

Attorney Maurice Henderson has been my attorney for over 10 years, and he is masterful at what he does to say the least. Mr. Henderson is very well respected amongst the Judiciary and often heralded for his excellent practice of law. I would highly recommend retaining Attorney Henderson if you have any legal needs.

Similar experience to other reviews. Lack of professionalism, late to appointments, and lack of preparation.

Mr Henderson represented me and I have since sent people his way. Tremendous honest lawyer that knows the law and cares for his clients. I wish he was based in Cincinnati where I transferred to.

This man is supposed to be representing my son he never returned my phone calls in the beginning he lied in court. He came to my house and disrespected me didn't bring anything and I have it all recorded. This man lies . He lied to the judge.Had to get a lawyer because this man is so bad !!!

Make sure you get a lawyer if they give you this man in court!

Definitely one of the best Lawyers out here. He knows the Law, he takes pride in his work, he loves what he does and it shows. But above all that, he’s honest, he’s genuine and he really cares about the wellbeing his clients. I’ll gladly say it again!!! He’s definitely one of the best lawyers out here.

Most disrespectful attorney I have ever encountered! He was a counsel to my wife and I felt sorry for him! He came unprepared, had the guts to tell the judge to adjourn the case because he was not prepared. Awful cross examination of me🤣! I felt really sorry for my wife to have given an opportunity for this guy to swallow her small hard earn money! Bottomline, they lost the case! Please run away from an attorney like this who shows disrespect to the respondent even before a hearing. The man just likes his $$$! I saw how he abandoned my wife in hurry after case…pathetic to say the lest!

This attorney never communicated with me, he seemed ink knowledgeable about me & my case. He never billed me and he dropped me less than a month before my divorce date and said it was for medical reasons & non payment. Maurice missed two zoom meetings with disregarding it.he also said he dropped me due to non payment however he never talked to me let alone bill me. I’m not sure how this man is supposed to be supporting clients, yet he doesn’t. I’m not sure how he has clients or maybe there wasn’t enough money in my case to bother with me. I would not hire M Henderson

Maurice Henderson was supposed to be the guardian in a case against the father of my kids and I, instead of him representing my kids he actually became a free lawyer for their father and made the entire custody battle about my ex fiancé rather than me and the father of my kids. He no calls and no shows multiple times when he is supposed to show up for home visits. And then when he actually does show up for a home visit he only spends about five minutes. Make sure to check your paperwork because he also mixes up the kids and puts statements from younger kids as statement from the older kids on purpose. If You are assigned attorney Henderson I strongly recommend asking for another guardian. One that is actually competent.

Terrible attorney I wouldn’t recommend him if the court appointed him … He does not engage with his clients at all … Do not retain

The worst service I've ever experienced unprofessional money hungry shows no concern no motivation or Care whatsoever Services absolutely the worst and terrible then has the nerve to refer you to a different attorney if you cannot do your job get out of the business

Everybody be careful of Maurice Henderson he is unprepared never ready always pressuring and instructing clients four payments never submits or produces a contract of any sort to hold himself to any legal terms with his clients I will say if you have no other choice and I mean no other choice anyone but Maurice is doable in your last choice do not submit no payment at all whatsoever until you have a contract in writing notarized and multiple copies to secure your case finances and representation to make sure that you're not cool of God or one of his many clients that he never rendered service to or completed representation

I retained Attorney Henderson to handle some business matters and he is the consummate professional. He is knowledgeable, efficient and truly care about his clients.
