A lawyer's office you never want to go to

I usually take the time to write detailed reviews, but this attorney's office isn't even worth a second of my time. However, I feel compelled to warn others to seek legal help elsewhere. To summarize, my wife was in a car accident about 3.5 years ago, and we just received a payment today. Unfortunately, it wasn't the final settlement we had agreed upon; the office assumed it was. Additionally, they have blocked my wife's number, so she has to use my phone to contact them. Whenever they said it would take a week, it turned out to take at least a month. They also sent a $10,000 check in regular mail instead of certified mail, which resulted in it getting lost. We live in Maryland but drove down to Virginia to meet with the attorney to ensure we would receive the correct amount. During our last visit a month ago, they told us they would send a check before the final settlement. Instead, they sent us a final payment that was less than what we had agreed upon. Please, do not work with this office. None of the staff seem interested in helping clients; they only want to make money off you. They don't care about providing assistance; they are solely focused on profit. Koreans. I was introduced to this lawyer by a friend, but... I can't believe this firm is so poorly managed. My wife was in an accident 3.5 years ago, and today we received the final check. It wasn't even the amount we agreed on. On December 17th, the office clearly stated the amount we wanted and that it wasn't final. I said I understood, and they also said the check would arrive at the end of December due to the Christmas holiday. It took a month for the check, which was already received from the insurance company, to be sent. What's even more frustrating is that they only confirmed it when they didn't answer my wife's emails and then called her. They also blocked her number, so I had to call them from my number all the time. I'd like to write more, and every case will be different, but based on our experience, this firm is completely focused on profit, not the safety or satisfaction of its clients. I'm so stressed out, I'm going to use every legal means at my disposal to report this place. Please do your due diligence before using this place, and keep a record of your experience. They're very good at making false claims. It's a shame to leave even one star...
