My husband committed a crime that if convicted he could been sentenced at the maximum to up to 20 years in prison, and a fine of $10,000. With Mr. Mauzy’s guidance and advice, he received the best outcome possible with a sentence of six months home arrest and a fine of $100. Mr. Mauzy’s advice included making restitution as soon as possible to the innocent party, and to apologize and be humble.
