What i respect most about him is that he brought so much humanity and kindness to help me through the process as i was a wreck. I provided all the information about my case during the initial call and was told I would receive a return call. That never happened. Three days later, I called again and was once again told that someone would get back to me, which also did not happen. I understand that not every case can be accepted. However, I believe it is disrespectful not to receive even a clear response indicating whether the firm intends to take the case or not. When someone is seeking legal assistance, they are already dealing with a difficult situation, and a lack of follow-up shows little empathy and little regard for the client’s time. Basic communication and professional courtesy should be an essential part of any service — especially when it is not provided free of charge.
