I originally went to a highly referred attorney within Stephen Mayer’s office. Said attorney gave my case to Stephen. I spent three months emailing his assistant, only to find out from a phone call from him that she was no longer working there. Very disorganized the whole way through. I should have read the review that said he will tell you 33%, but it’s 40% at the end. Nothing has changed since that review 9 years ago. I am left with medical debt and a hit to my personal credit due to following his legal advice and direction of not paying the medical bill because he was ‘taking care of it’. When I reviewed my information with him, he was confused as to who my medical providers were, even though he had had them documented. Very messy. I spent the time collecting what he needed for insurance. He did very little and most of all, was dishonest about percentages face to face. Record your meetings with him if you’re already stuck using him! Feel free to e-mail associated for proof.

Had my issues but they came through in the end.

Mr. Tanner is not lying, they are swindler, frauds, you pay 40 percent or 33.3 percent if they get caught . will not work for you work for insurance company and workers compensation against you. I reported them to Attorney Generals Office several times, Supreme Court, KC Bar Association. you leave from them with serious injuries they still get paid you get nothing , black listed, bad reputation.
