If I could give -5 stars I would. The most rude, unprofessional staff I have ever came in contact with. First off, mailed me a VERY threatening letter saying I was going to have legal action taken against me over a debt I was never contacted about. I set up payments. I lost my baby daughter, had to miss work & funeral costs so I missed a few. Instantly turned my $300 debt into $600 because they sent me to court. I’ve not even BEEN to court yet and they refuse to work with me on paying off my original debt. They also DO NOT take any other form of payment besides IN PERSON CASH ONLY which is very sketchy. Was told “I’d be late on payments and sent to court” if I mailed the payment. I do not live near this lawyers office and they close at 5. When I get off work. The receptionist hung up on my husband and I. It just really needs to be investigated. The building is also unmarked and feels very unsafe to leave your car. You’d think from all the bad reviews everywhere on the internet they would get the hint. I don’t know how you people sleep at night. Horrible disgusting place!

this attorneys office is an absolute joke. i went to go pay off my balance and they only accept cash, which is super super sketchy. They wouldn’t accept a insured money order through the bank, but they only want cash. This place makes it impossible to pay off your collections. They just want to continue making money off you & every person that works There has been completely rude and disrespectful for no reason.

This is the worst law firm in Chattanooga l owe they 6 cent l have proof l paid them off they took a extra 386.00 there are some scammers

Went to court today I tell you what these lawyers shouldn’t be practicing law they are clueless liars they beat around the bush tack, on outrageous fees and you leave court wondering what just happened I still don’t know complete crooks.

Amazing firm that actually gets results. I understand that there are a lot of negative reviews from those that owe money. However, if you need help getting a collection from someone who just evades you, I highly recommend. Their knowledge is amazing and they will get you the money that you are due. Thank you for bringing justice to our situation and allowing us to recoup what we lost from a fraudulent person!

I was taken to court. On the last court date I had COVID and could not go. They lied on the paperwork and added $6000.00 more than what I owe. Now I have reported them to the board of ethics and the BBB. And if I have to I will sue them for the incorrect balance. They are crooks and thieves.

I love how they are taking a COVID nurse and soon to be Midwife to court over something from six years ago that we didn’t even know about! We got one notice about it and asked for a review since we were in the midst of a global pandemic and I was out of work. Then we get a court summons. Didn’t even give us a chance to pay it before adding interest and taking it to court. They also don’t accept payment over the phone, what the hell is that? You can tell these are greedy evil little men, and the vultures who work for them are no better.
