Stellar defense provided by Terry in a case stemming from a 4th of July celebration that was littered crashed by a drunk/violently threatening neighbor. They precipitated an argument and threatened assault. A group of people assembled in front of my house with the intent to harm me and my family. I responded with bear mace hidden behind my back and one of 6 people assembled ran out of the crowd to hit me. I moved back telling him to stop, but he continued until sprayed which stopped him cold. Every one else dispersed at that time. The sheriff that responded was buddies with that crowd and refused to look at our security footage, only reviewing their own security footage and watched them destroy a video recording of the event on a phone during their interview. Y the time they got to me it was only to arrest, not investigate what happened. Terry proved all the states witnesses lied, the investigation was very biased, and I was vindicated only due to his detailed evidence scrutiny. He also brought in a young intern Thomas that is an upcoming attorney in training. They both provided me with an extremely robust defense that was worth every penny.
