Husband’s sentencing was yesterday for four felony counts involving children. He had already plead guilty with a blind plea. We were finally getting closure. NOPE! An HOUR into court we find out Mr. McBride was sick and couldn’t make it. Now it’s been rescheduled for nearly a month away and he’s still free (has been since he was arrested) to possibly reoffend. Shame on you Mr. McBride! I know you are not the only one that works in that office and you could have sent a representative. You may think you are doing your clients a service by letting him be free for a little bit longer but for the rest of us it only increases our pain

Michael Mcbride Was referred by a mutual friend, he kept my retainer fee of $4,800 and never represented me in court cause I decided to go with my divorce attourney and criminal attourney was not needed, so I let Michael know and offerrerd him to pay himself $400 for a wasted trip to Norman to pick up records he never received, he never responded, he never returned my money and never returned phone calls or text. My current attourney suggested send certified letter, did so twice still no response. It’s been A YEAR NOW AND IM NEEDING MONEY MORE THAN EVER FIGHTING FOR CHILD CUSTODY OF MY 3 year old son. Stasha represented me in an adoption matter that we ended up taking to an appeal. She would rarely return phone calls, but she knew the case inside and out so I decided to use her for the appeal, and paid her the retainer. a few weeks after cashing my check, and 3 days before a major hearing, she texted me saying she would no longer be able to represent me because she has decided to take a job at the Department of Transportation. She said she hopes my case works out and she realizes that I have a hearing in 3 days so she will refer me to some attorneys. WHAT A JOKE. I am going to try and have her disbarred, she is a disorganized mess, and a crook. DO NOT HIRE HER!!

Michael Mcbride is a very capable attorney! The fact that his landlord keeps his own cars in the parking lot where Mcbride law firm rents space has no relevance on his ability to practice law. Mcbride law firm has no responsibility for the parking lot. Nor do they have any ownership of the vehicles located there. Mcbride law firm also has no control over the actions of vandals whom have repeatedly damaged vehicles and painted graffiti on the property! Both Mcbride law firm and the landlord want to be good neighbors. It is not our intent to upset our neighbors. Please be aware that the box truck is parked next to the building as a temporary security measure. There was a recent burglary and the door and windows were damaged! Since the truck has been parked there graffiti has been painted on the side of the truck! The truck has also has had the batteries and other parts stolen!Rendering it inoperable. We have spoken with code enforcement officials. They are aware of our plans to remedy the situation. As the owner of the building I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused anyone.
